Just a reminder Friday is a FUN DAY -- 8am-10am Games for the whole team (parents with littles, yes, you too can hang out with them in the shallow end.

We normally take a break from practice the week of the 4th -- however, our first meet after the 4th is a Monday against Poquoson. This has always been a close meet for us -- being out of the water will make it even more difficult to be competitive.
