We normally take a break from practice the week of the 4th -- however, our first meet after the 4th is a Monday against Poquoson. This has always been a close meet for us -- being out of the water will make it even more difficult to be competitive.

Therefore, I'm attempting to put together clinics for the week of June 30th. I am gauging interest at this point.  If enough families are interested, I'll get things arranged.

These clinics are divided into two groups -- Intermediate & Advanced and Beginner. These clinics are based upon skill level in the stroke/turn -- not the training group your child is in.  We do have intermediate and advanced swimmers who may need to be in a beginner group because they are still learning fundamentals of a particular stroke.

Monday - Turns -- this clinic is open to advanced 7&U, and all 8 and over swimmers (Freestyle, Backstroke, Open Turns -- suicide turns -- and perhaps pullouts. 

Tues - Breaststroke 

Weds - Fly

Thurs - Starts (Int/Adv -- Dive Certified -- Beginner -- NOT Dive Certified)

Sat -- The Int/Adv groups will work on IM (legal in all four strokes) while the Beginner Group will work primarily on improving Free & Back.
