We have a meet against Colony Thursday. Another opportunity to drop time. Another opportunity to swim an event legally. Another opportunity to place or make City Meet ... and another opportunity to WIN.

Willow Oaks now stands at 1-1. We took down Running Man with great turns and some excellent races. But this is no time to sit back and think we can coast to the finish. Our team is a building team -- we tend get better as the season progresses, because hard work works.

We don't rely on a few swimmers to carry the team -- we prove that every swimmer has the ability to do well -- if they put in the effort in practice (because THAT is where the races are won).
