We have a fun and busy week ahead—please see the schedule/reminders below:

Saturday, June 13th - Inter-squad Meet @ WO Pool🔵

• Make sure to declare your swimmers
• Sign up to volunteer, we will need all hands on deck!!!
  • Volunteers meet Pam under the green tent to check in
• Arrive at 7:30 so we can get started at 8!
  • 10 and under-7:30 warm up
  • 11 and over-7:45 warm up

Thursday, June 18 - Swim Meet @ WO Pool🏁

• Arrive at 4:30 PM for 4:45 PM warm-ups
• Please declare your swimmers!
• Volunteer sign ups will open on Sunday
• See attached doc for meet day tips

Friday, June 19 - Picture Day + Tie-Dye Day!📸

• Arrive at 8:00 AM if you would like individual pictures ($10 per child)
• Arrive NTL 8:40 AM for team photo 
• An order form will be provided the morning of- please bring cash for payment if possible
• 🎨Make sure to bring your team shirt- we will be tie-dying them 🎨
  • Bring shirts damp in a plastic ziplock (to take home after)
  • Tie-dye/rubber bands will be provided by the team

Saturday, June 20 - Car Wash Fundraiser @ Foxhill Burger King Parking Lot🧽🚙

• Sign up on SwimTopia for your shifts
  • 9AM-10:30AM
  • 10:30AM-12PM
• Bring one/two towels per family to help dry cars
• Share the attached flyer to get the cars rolling in!!!
• Although the car wash won’t count toward fundraising requirements this year, we’re hoping for great participation and support! It’s always a fun event and a great way for our swimmers to bond as a team.
