Good afternoon!

It’s hard to believe the season is already coming to an end! We’re busy getting everything ready for our end-of-season banquet, which will take place on Sunday, August 3rd at 5:00 PM.

As of now, we’re planning to hold the banquet at the pool, weather permitting. We’re keeping a close eye on the forecast, and if there’s a change, we’ll switch to our backup plan. We’ll send out a location confirmation by Saturday evening, so please keep an eye out for that update.

There’s a sign-up sheet on SwimTopia for side dishes, supplies, and volunteer opportunities. If you still need to fulfill a volunteer shift or two, this is a great chance to help out!

The team will be providing drinks, and we’re looking forward to celebrating a great season with everyone. Can’t wait to see you all on Sunday!
