For the past several years, usually regular practice ends after the last dual meet -- however, with the addition of Summer Splash, we extended regular practice through today.

After Summer Splash tomorrow, we will move into City Meet specific practices for those competing with the team at City Meet. This will give our developmental and Jr. Assistant coaches focused time to train for their races as well.
