As always, we will have race-day practice tomorrow, which means a full pool set-up (blocks, both sets of flags, and lane lines), and it also means Relay practice! The last 15 minutes of the Advanced Group practice, and the first 15 minutes of Intermediate's lane time (after they warm up in the deep well), we've got relays (and maybe swim-offs). As kids improve, the relays and points swimmers are changing right along with them.

Wendwood and Poquoson are not going to go down easily -- we've got to fight with everything we've got!
