Meet Reminder -- 4:00 Set-up; Swimmers' Show Time 4:30!
July 11th
Attached is the Warm-up Assignment Sheet.
Set-up is at 4:00pm Swimmers' show time is at 4:30. Swimmers in the 1st warm up (assignments attached) need to have their caps & goggles on and report behind the blocks to line up for warm-up.
Second Warm up should report behind the blocks at 4:50
5:15 -- Kiln Creek Warms up
5:20 -- All WOST swimmers go to kiddie pool area for cheers and coach talk.
5:45 -- 8 & Unders report to Clerk of Course to get ready for Freestyle Events.
6:00pm -- National Anthem; Meet Begins
Team Dinner @ County Grill following the meet.
Don't forget to put chairs up, umbrellas down, clean up trash and water bottles.
Tomorrow is the Swimathon and Breakfast.
Normal practice resumes on Wednesday-Friday, weather permitting.
I need everyone to do a final check on their declaration for the following meets:
- Warwick Yacht (limited pool space/very limited exhibition swims)
- Superhero Meet (8 & Unders ONLY)
- George Wythe
**Next Week** Practice is planned for all five days. Friday (following the George Wythe Meet) will be a FUN DAY for ALL team members.
City Meet Practices for those qualified, or in relays will begin on 7/25 (schedule TBD)
