Practices & Practice Groupings through 7/21

Please find attached the revised practice groups for the remainder of the season. 

The "Advanced" group will run from 7:30-9:00. They will hop in as soon quickly as possible once we get lane lines, flags, and blocks (when needed) out. The more people who show up to help, the faster we can get into the water. 

The "Intermediate" group will run starting with dryland at 8:15-8:30 and then practice in the deep well from 8:30-9:00 and in lanes from 9:00-9:30.

The 8&U (beginner/novice) group will run with dryland beginning at 9:00, in the deep well (or shallow pool) from 9:15-9:30 and in lanes from 9:30-10.

**Please note: the Team Breakfast & Swimathon on July 12th will be run differently, in order to give each group one hour** 

Due to time constraints and a large number of swimmers, things will look a little different than in previous years. We want to avoid any swimmer eating too much before swimming laps. Please adhere to the food list on the email from Pam Melillo last week. If you are unable to sign up for an item please contact Pam.

Healthy food will be available for 9 under swimmers before they swim and donuts AFTER. We want to avoid any upset stomachs. Please pay attention to the time you sign up for.

Regardless of their regular practice group, 10 and up will swim 7:45-9:00 am (EAT AFTER)

9 and under eat healthy food from 8-8:45 am before swimming. Please ensure your swimmer is on time to avoid eating too soon before getting into the pool. 9u will swim from 9-10 am and grab a donut on their way out.

Remember we must be out of the pool area at 10 am! Thank you for your support!
